in labour court a petitioner wants to appoint commissioner to see the documents in respondents office records IS it admissable if so under what section of ID ACT pl.clarify by s elango
Pls specify what documents the petetioner wants to see. If such docum ents are technical/scinetific in nature and can be understood by the commissioner and if court approves for such inspection, then such documents shud be shown as the burden of proof lies on the petetioner to prove/misprove the documents as per CGIT /Labour Court Procedure.
