Dear All,
I am working with a company in the Middle East and having more than 10,000 employees. We have a big Recruitment Team & having lots of pressure to successful & timely complete the Recruitment Process. For the same I have to make a policy for Incentive Scheme that shall be linked with the Successful & timely comepetion of Recruitment Targets.
I shall appreciate if any one can help me out with some policy or procedure.

Given below is a incentive scheme which is basically a point system. You can assign it as follows:
1)1 point would be 50 Rs. On timely closure of a requirement ,u earn total 100 points which ideally fetches you around Rs. 5000. You can reduce or increase this ratio to your convineance.
2)The catch in this system is that, if there is a slippage on untimely closures, then you can reduce the points accordingly and award the reduced amount.

Thanks for your valuable advise, but this will not work as I have a team of 13 guys for Recruitment. some guys are directly involved with the recruitment process and some are indirectly involved like Data Mining form different sources like Job Portals, through Advertisement, etc. Some guys involve in preparing Visa documents, some involve in new staff arrivals arrangements etc. I have to cover all the team members becoz its a team work. I would also like to include some more points like Vsia Management, Communication with Internal Customers (Projects/Departments) as well as external customers (like Recruitment agencies, candidates etc...)
