I am not sure if it is a good idea to hire through firms that charge the candidates.
I understand you want to reduce your costs.
However, such agencies have been known to indulge in bad practices which can adversely affect quality of employees and in some cases be dishonest. Most employers are willing to pay for recruitment fees for services that the placement companies are giving and for a reason. Just think..... If you were looking for a job, would you be willing to pay for getting the job ? You will, if you are bad and no one wants you. Is that the kind of employee you want to hire ? Is that the person to whom you will give an expensive car to handle ?
I do not know what sites you are trying, but if you are looking for drivers and housekeeping staff, what % of them will be using Internet ? Outsourcing agencies may be a better bet for you. You will end paying 10% more, but its mostly a better idea.

These kind of requirement can not be fulfilled through online job posting, Pls put add in local newspaper , WHICH IS the highest selling paper and contact call local consultant search on net , as consultant as they are best source of manpower.
