I'm doing MBA in distance mode and as part of the curriculum, I need to do a project. Luckily, I got into a leading media Industry but since I am not a regular student, I lack good guidance on the selection and conduction of project.

What are you willing to do after you complete your MBA? In case you don't have any topic , the best way is to follow the map, to the job you would want to take up later, and design your internship on that.

You can track few major changes within the firm and how every initiatives brought in an impact to the way it evolved.
I wish to share how I did, one long time back. The firm was branching out to another subsidiary , hence the complete re-engineering. The way goals were being defined separately, hence the processes were drawn away from the parent firm. Identifying lines of business and managing employee morale, to name a few.
