I got some problems during following the procedure advise by you regarding selecting the employee of the month, when you receive the multiple nominations within the organization, suppose one from the HR department and other from the MIS Department with the same rating, how you will decide the employee of the month and how do you know evaluation is unbiased and measured accurately.

Nominee’s Performance Appraisal Scores
Any adverse observations against the employee being nominated
The above mentioned column has been created just for such ambiguities as this provides what is required from the HR department. The scores, thus given, will determine who is a better option.
