Dear Mr. Jeetborse,

Being along the Recruitments for a long time and so you've decided to move into corporate world. May I ask the reason - Why only Corporates?

There are many Industries that you would like to try for and to a better position infact. Precisely, "Corporate" is said to be a larger sector and to possess a career here initially one needs to join level wise (in few cases, experience might considered) designated by the company. To experience the Human Resources Generalist role one should join the professional associations & networking organizations through social network sites (LinkedIn).

These groups usually post their requisitions for the sectors and depending on the postings, you may directly approach the person. An experienced HR would clasp the opportunity. As an old axiom [Waiting for Something to Happen] has become erstwhile, roles that help develop your professional needs is what you should always look for.

Try this and let us know your experience that you bagged which will set as a case amongst those who seek assistance in such scenarios.

All the best..!
