Today I met HR Manager and Senior HR of of Fortune 500 IT company in pune.
feedback was, It is easier to get data from IT companies than others like Manufacturing and Banking or others.
because average age of workforce is 25-30,also Empolyees are more assertive and do retaliate to bullying (wrong response as per Literatuer,find training need for bullying)
Also that if questionnaire takes care of those who fake themselves as workplace bulllying victim.they were not much aware in Bullying in IT ,but Mentioned comman in there BPO IT company.also that system is avaliable where individual can inform victimization with name or Hiding his identity.(I am planning to get those as case study)
Shared one case ,where boss bullied junior, stared with disagreement on a issue and escalated to Social Humiliation by boss of junior.also reported ,victim leaving company uninformed.

Thank you for the attachment. I still have problem relating your working title (To study the Mobbing of Professors at workplace in Pune's Educational institutions.), aim and methodology. What is your population? Just one college or a number of institutions?

However, given the nature of the problem, snowball sampling is the correct technique to use to get the sample.
