Dear Sir,
I want to know about the Bonus applicability.
we are setting up a new manufacturing unit which is under constuction from 01.01.07. The comercial production will be started w.e.f. 01.01.2009.
When bonus will be applicable
when EPF & ESI will be appliable
Kindly update me plz

Hi Khushbu
you can check with the Bonus act and PF act. as their will be lot of questions arise on this topic.
e.g.
1) is it your sister concern company ?
2) is it a totaly new plant which does not have any connection with previous ?
3) how many employees will be there at the begning for commercial production ?
like so many, i dont mind to give you the details but it is better if you check with acts for very basic issues and still if you dont get it you can get back to me.
i hope you will understand what i mean to say.

Ref . Accounts slips
Dear all,
I am working in small co. i am maintaining PF records also. I send one year (March to Feb) details to PF office, but they didnt send accounting slips. Please tell how to collect that slips.
