Dear All,
I am working in a reputed NGO in zaheerabad medak district regions. We have working total 40-50 staff members. every simple region will be treated as penalty by over director. and also salary will be release after 1 or 2 months later with 10-50% penalty some staff. any body to ask reason his not working thatsy and also warning who will ask this question both harrasment start and dismissed to the staff there is no rolls, no holidays, work harrasment. when the call director Morning 6am to night 11pm staff compolsory sit with in office. there is fully harrasment to the staff in this NGo.
NGO can't give the salary slip, salary pay in cheque.
What can i do for the all staff.

- How many months or yeartshave you been assocaited with this NGO?
- Is that you are the one who is facing such dilemma; IF not how many of them are currently enduring such pestering?
- Who is your immediate Boss?
- Has this stalking (harassment) being continued from the beginning?
- Is this harassment only to women employees?
- What is the ratio of women: men in this NGO?
- Basically, what does this NGO work for?
- Is there any letter provided to you while joining such NGO?
- What are the working hours specified to you while joining?

This NGO can be audited and the donors notified of harassment to staff and the fund flow can be permanently cut off. Their section 80 CC can be revoked by complaining to registrar of societies to de-register them. Local union leaders can be contacted to take up the issue with the director and get organized as a union. There are many options.
