I am confused as to which specialization to choose in my 2nd year of PGDBA. I am currently working as an Admin Manager and wanted to know that if i do specialization in Operation Management is it good for my career

Just go back to your one year syllabus and see
Where is ADMIN and Operations related.
as per my knowledge i don't think so Operations are related to ADMIN.
May be an english words will be related but in an organization the hirarachy will not be matched.
Try something related to SERVICE or Hospitality.
Service Industry has very good growth. (Retention of employee is a big task for any company now a days )
