Very Poor Appraisal By Management, If Employee Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Reached 100% - CiteHR

Dear Sir/Madam,

With regards to above subject, presently Iam working for a Business Consulting Limited (Service Industry) from last 2.5 years as "Associate Executive" working at Client place, During my employment with the company I have been performing all my roles and duties with respect to management instructions, and I have been recognized, appreciated by Co Coordinators, Manager, and Board of Directors, and specially by clients where my service directly goes to client. (Since my working place @ Client Location).

But yesterday I have received my performance appraisal in amounting to Rupees is very less, (I wondered about the appraisal) Which management evaluated my whole year performance and dedication and efforts and maintained client assignment without any deviation, any complaint by Client, Appraisal is Just Rs 238/- ( Which previous year appraisal was Rs 3000/-) , If I asked to my reporting manager, he is not responding properly. This year appraisal discomforts me lot, more than that my honest performance evaluated in very humble manner ……….!

There was lot of issues with Management towards employee’s major issues listed below:

1) Delay in crediting every month Salary.

2) No Clarity on remitting employees provident fund and ESI and other compliances.

3) Since there is Pending of PF remittance for last 5 months.

4) No proper response from HR Dept. or Management, they always misguiding employees towards their selfishness.

All above and other issues have been discussed with management, and their one answer is that they are facing financial problem………! No solution for further! But company providing service is very good scope and wider marketing area (Business Enabling services, Audit Assurance, Internal auditing, Compliance auditing, Statutory auditing etc.), But due to poor management losing that’s value, But employees not having any further hope on company. (If company facing financial Crisis they can communicate with the employees honestly with fact or can offer to employees to quit the Job, apart from that not gives poor Performance Appraisal to well performing employee this may hit employee individual personality)

Considering all above and other matters iam going to resign the company, because with this company we will not get Value for our sincere effort and performance.

Requesting you to all to guide me, how can I go about this issue to resolve and resignation……!
