To give suggestions, you could have written what is the nature of your industry, what is your finished product, what is the composition of HR department in general and of training department in particular. How many internal trainers you have what % of trainings do they conduct?
Second important thing is what types of trainings are conducted presently. Next what is your training budget, what is your time budget and what is the level of your empowerment?
Please provide as much information as possible. What is the use of getting suggestion if you are doing something already?
