Dear Senior's,

Have some query regarding wages and salary of workers and employees. We are China based manufacturing company in Navi Mumbai area. According to minimum wage act applicable in our area we are paying our worker e.g helper Rs.5000/- p.m this is only basic which we give him for a welder we give Rs.6000/-. Is this fair we don't give D.A. Is D.A compulsory. We have around 12 workers right now AND 6 Staff members. Since worker are switching very early i discussed salary issue with my manager but no positive feedback came. Now my headquarter wants me to give all proper salary details applicable in our area. We are covered under Factory Act 1948 and what should be salary for a Welder, Fitter, Bender, Electrician who have more than 2 to 3 years experiences. Employees like Account Manager, purchase cum admin, HR what should be there pay-scale for fresher or expirenced. Please help me out with this questions at the earliest possible...
