I have done MBA in foreign trade, during my final sem i joined n international company as executive trainee, for 2 months i worked in operations department...then senior VP operations impressed with my work arranged my interview with the chairman of the per my choice i was transferred to marketing department...but there was no as such work...for almost whole day i used to sit idle...out of frustration i left that job...

Then i worked as business development executive in n advertising firm for 2 months...due their unprofessional ism i left that job the same time because of unemployment i joined as asst. manager HR & Admin in a real estate firm..initially everything was ok..but gradually they dropped their plan to recruit any of the there are only three persons in our office...i am getting frustrated day by day....i also didn't learn specific about hr here..what i know is few concepts that too only theoretically... I want to move from here and build my carrie

your situation is critical but be patient because you have just started your career.
You have done MBA so you must be aware about basic theoretical knowledge of HR so if you want to make your career in HR field than join other executive level HR job where you can get enough training in HR field.
As your specialization is in foreign trade than search the job accordingly your educational domains.
There is no need to be Nerves . Come out from your current situation there is so many opportunities in current market.
keep in mind, you are going to leave the company third time in a year. and it cause bad impact on your resume.
