Dear seniors i am working as hr with a small pvt ltd company which is into fish business. this company has employees 17 employees on its payroll and nearly 35 employees on third party payroll. the contractor also does not deduct the pf from these employees salary and pay them in cash. total no of employees are 52 2 directors.according to pf act the company is liable to pay pf if it employs 20 or more employees. please help me in this case should we register for pf? please guide. regards chaitrali
