Yes, it means "Scapegoat". Many bosses pass the buck on to juniors rather than admit that it was their fault, like a lot of politicians who sack the lowest worker when something goes wrong.

I have gone through many of comments. But I keep my different opinion about same topic since it seems to a very sensitive topic we are talking about.Gentleman when you born your mother with your grand mother may have dealt with you.In your uplifting please try to recognize the contribution of them and way you may have dealt with them. In your school day you may be remembering your female school teacher and principal too who may have also contributed some thing to make you on this level. In the same way you may remember your bua ji, chachi ji, mausi ji and other females also who may have also contributed to pull you here where you are today. An addition to it you may remember the contribution of your wife too for your existence. Now, when she is your boss then where you wish to keep her to deal with her will teach you an appropriate way dealing with her. Now, I think you should deal with her with altitude not with attitude then all dealing problems will come to an end. Hope, you will like it and will get a light to make your path clear to fulfill all of your vision and mission too.
