Sir, this appears to be a general question, ideally you are required to complaint the incident in your nearest police station and obtain a FIR copy. it appears from your posting that you are form hyderabad, if so you may call me on 9010352384

Sir, i wish to add few more points to my previous reply. you must be very careful in drafting the complaint or intimation about the incident. also you have not mentioned whether the incident was an accident or it is a natural death (heart attack or other etc) what ever may be the reason you are advised to be very careful before you intimate to police. other wise you can be cornered. always keep the top management in loop.

Dear Min deep,
The death may be accidential or natural, if its within the factory premises.
Follow below steps,
1) Inform to superiors & Top management authorities
2) Rush him to the hospital
3) File a FIR with your circle police station
4) send accident intimation in prescribed format to factory inspector
5) send accident intimation to insurance company if your company holds any policy related with WC & rasta appatti.with any insurance provider company.
The process actual starts after this which is really critical & headache to HR but i have just given the startup points to you. what exactly you need to do after such incident.
