You have done specialisation in Finance and HR and then jumped into Marketing which does not conform to any of your specialisation and now you found marketing to be little bitter to taste and want to switch over to HR, probbaly under the impression that it is a soft job and can be done by any one.From the marketing job which you fell for on first sight, it appears HR is not your first love interest. HR may look soft to the eyes and but the job is very performance driven, as you will be responsible for recruiting right candiadtes, for sustaining motivation of employees, for improving their performance through proper mangement, for attrition, statutory compliances, for discipline , for grievance redreessals, for collective bargaining, for amicable settlment of disputes,peaceful industrial relations and monitoring court cases and for their success.Therefore study the HR profile thouroughly and take call.
