You need to prepare a profile and can directly start calling and sending mails to hr heads. Then you can spk to them and start fixing appointments. 1.Designing your own recruitment website
2.Making necessary registrations like company pan card,certification of incorporation etc.
3.Make a good PPT presentation of your company profile
Once it is ready on papers then you can start to hunt for HR heads through-
1.Job Portals (For Both HR & Candidates,Look for various positions and try to contact the HR)
2.Effective Presence + Placing adds on HR Websites like
