I am working in a startup company from past one year and
i have submitted my resignation and they have accepted it
and even completed my notice period.But, Now the Management
is not providing the salary and the necessary documents.
How can I join Other company without the documents?
I need some help from the seniors.

This type of query have been raised many times on this forum. Our team members also gave enough replies on the same.
But the originators of such queries don't put foeward the clear pictures about their cases Because of this members persume different situations and answer accoringly.
In this cited case you have not cleared about the terms of your appointment.Simply acceptance of resignation letter dose not mean that you have fulfilled all the terms of your appointment.
Suppose in your case (again assumption without the clerification) the notice period is for three months, how the company can relieve you and give you all the dues and papers within one month.
It is also pertinent to note that how your company shall feel which has incurred recruitment and training expenses on you. When there is a time to take the benefits of your skills and knowledge, you are parting with the organisation.
However. in many cases, certain situation emerges when there is need to change the organisation.In these cases the employees must show such behaviour with the existing companies so that they may relieve eaisly.
Further before making any comitment to the new organisation about the joining perio, clerify your notice period in the existing organisation. Otherwise we will be at a still point.Neither we can stay in the present organisation nor can join the new one.Always carry good relations.....at one point of time one can need the left out organisations also.
My hearties advice to the startups not to take any decision in haste...................
