What are the main points to be taken under consideration while developing company Org. chart department wise?
An organization chart shows at a glance how each division or department of the business works together to make the Company. The main points to consider when designing an organizational structure would be clarity, , decentralization and adaptability.

Organisation chart is essentially a diagrammatic structure of people in the organisation - role wise- to act as efficiently and predictably as possible arranged in layers of supervision , linking their chains of command in organisational processes. It deals with :
1. Division of work - Role, responsibilities, functional units etc,
2. Delegation- creating levels of authority - Operating hierarchy.- chain of command and reporting structure.
For Which type of organisation you are preparing Org. chart is not clear. The chart depend on many parameters and varies from one factor to another.
Hence I have given you only a general requirement in the foregoing para.
