Dear Mr. Kamal Tanwer,
Why don't you put-down the replies here yourselve given during these interviews? Let us also be acquainted with the kind of answers you gave to those perspicacious employers and where you have failed.
In this forum we have members who counsel on the basis of the queries ascertained. Thus far to be au fait with communication has no concern but what you converse, is what matters.

As an Administration Executive, your duties in the company may be different as per the industry type and it usually varies from company to company but the overall responsibilities would be the same.

Generally these are few challenges that would be faced by an Admin Exe -

=> They often hold supervisory role of managing clerical and secretarial positions within the company.

=> Challenge is faced when this individual holds the responsibility to train the support staff with the procedures & policies applied to the oragnization.

=> Liasion between dept. to dept. for securing information to be passed at a close milieu.

You can anytime say that you very well could manage the surfeit of documents, time-office, payroll, leave policy, insurance, paper-work, proforma's, phone calls, email handling, letter correspondance, travel booking/reservations, arranging seminars and conferences etc. An Admin always supports the staff with an instant aid.

As earlier said by me, an Admin exe should always create a Liasion between his vendors. When a potential vendor is in line, the major chllenge is what you need an expect from him in return what he expects. Documenting a "request for Proposal" is quite often here and this has to be carefully amended. In case of non-local vendors the major confront would be using of effective communication tools viz., Conference meets through videos, CMS (content management sytems) and other referrals by means of which the basics of good partnership to be revered.

Trust the above gives you the exact responsibilities of an Admin. However, would rquest you to draw a parallel line to that of your job. You will definitely do wonders inyour next interview.

All the Best!!
