The Terminal Benefits that you are eligible is only PF. [Terminal Benefits are P.F and Gratuity]. Gratuity shall be concerned only if you would have completed 5 years of continuous service with the Organization as per the Payment of Gratuity Act.
Hence please check with your HR for PF withdrawal process. If you consider your PF to be transffered to that of a new employer, you may choose to do so. No Employer has any right to stop your PF process.
