Dear all i hv completed BMS in 2012 and started working as HR officer from last 8 months in one limited company, and now i want to start my education, but little bit confusion about job security and education whether to start regular MMS or distance or part time MBA and my interest is Finance,
Dear Tarun,
I hope BMS is referred to Management Studies. it's up to you; if your family or your pocket allows, you may leave the job and do a full-time MBA; it will give you more knowledge and exposure.
If you wish to work and study then choose Part-time MBA. I will not recommend Distance Learning Programme. But you need to understand once you're working no matter what you do your priority or primary focus remains on job not on studies. Many companies have restricted hiring candidates with distance or part-time MBA.
Usually DLP and Part-time coiurses are meant for people who haven't had opportunity to it full-time because of a full-time job.
Warm regards,
Umesh Chaudhary
