I'm Hasini with close to 3 years of experience in HR - doing generalist role (Post recuritment ). would like to know is there any course to be done to add value to HR profile.
I work for BPO company.i'm basically an Engineering + MBA in HR, i joined as a fresher and goona complete 3 years. wanted to go IT company and work in HR stream. it would be greatful if anybody could let me know of any courses available and guidance on getting into IT company. Also wanted to know what is the scope and growth beyond the post recuritment role.

Since you are in ITES comapny, you may get into IT company with this back ground. however I do not visualise much for HR in I.T companies except recruitment and rewards. Try to get into retail or manufacturing or Banking. You can do some short term courses on talent mangement or employee engagement or performance mangement or even soft skills devlopment as these areas have impact on busisness and employee relations.
