As mentioned above, it is my first job. I was not fully aware of the practices of company.
at the time of the interview they had promised me that they will give me offer and appointment letter but when i took charge as an hr executive and asked for the offer letter they denied but they give only PAY/SALARY SLIP's to me, this is the only proof which we people are getting.
Now i want to ask to everyone what sort of evidences, i have to collect so that i can take a legal action against them and tell me the process for starting it up.

Dear Shamsal,
It is clear that you have a management which believe in running the company as they please. You two options.
A Find a good company to work for and get out incase you have no taste to fight the bosses/are not in a position to devote career in fighting the such crooks.
B If you feel strongly and are in position to carry the fight against your own bosses then start collecting data on all transactions specially financials one of any kind. These can be used in court of law that this how the company flouted rule of law and defrauded the employees. But let me warn you many a time even people for whom you take up the fight and stake your career may not back you and move away. Strictly it is your personal battle if you wish to fight.
Personally i will advise against it

Well said.. It is totally a personal fight and he has to face the consquences. Normally whistle-blowers get the backlash from many directions...... There are hundreds of such employers around the country who run the organisation like it is their own family ! No controls, no rules, no systems and no procedures... Typical Lala Ka Dukhan kind...
