Sir i am new user of your site i am not understand where deduct of pf please clear my issue my issue 1 when applicable of pf please sent all point 2 when is one employee salary is 10000 to 25000 rs. then pf will deducting or not. 3when is one employee salary is 3000 to 6500 after that pf deducting or not 4 how to deduct pf of our employee. 5 where employee then deducted pf please sir reply answer of my issue thanks for advance with best regard kripal asst. accountant contact no. 7503650506
Pf basic less than 15k & no pf deduction
Dear all i have 2 situations in regards to pf. 1 an old employee who had pf contribution but withdrew it after discussing with md. her pf basic was more than 6500 & so continues till date without pf. current pf basic is 9500. 2 an employee who joined in dec 14 who never had contributed to pf & so has been continuing without pf till date. current pf basic is 4500. now as per revised pf norms pf is mandatory for employees with pf basic less than 15000. what should be the effect on above 2 employees? can we increase the pf basic of 1st employee to 15000 which can solve the issue? for 2nd employee salary is less than 15000 anyway & never contributed to pf fund so can the employee be exempted or should we start pf mandatory? please revert at the earliest. regards darshana
Pf is an optional for employee?
Hi any one please conform me that the pf is an optional fro an employee who s take home is 30000 p.m. we have an issue that an employee is not willing to take the pf benefits. our total employees are 23 members. please suggest me.
Esic and epf different registration dates issue - will there be an issue with different joining dates?
An employee joined in the month of october. the employee s pf registration has been done successfully. but i forgot to register the employee under the esic due to some other work. now when i am registering the employee details on esic the joining date is not the same as in epf. so my question is will there be an issue with different joining dates? if yes can you please guide me on how to sort out this issue. prompt reply will be highly appreciated.
Pf claim not processed because of default payment by labor contractor.
Dear seniors i am hr new joiner. there is one issue with respect to pf withdrawal of one of the contract employee who has left the company now. after verification found that pf amount is not remitted to pf office by the contractor. because of which the employee working under the above contractor application is not processed at pf office. what is the course of action to be initiated. please guide me.

Learned professionals i require your help regarding this issue so i request your help regarding the same. please any doubts if you have any. i will clarify it immediately. i hope you can help me in this urgent issue. in 2017 firm mistakenly deposited pf to exited employee account exit in 2012 instead of correct employee account. now the exit employee came to firm and said pf dept. is not releasing his pf money because there was money deposited at a later point but date of exit is on an earlier date. the firm hence submitted letter to pf dept. stating to the wrongly submitted amount to which pf dept. responded that refund is not possible and is asking a written explanation about which employees pf was wrongly given to the exited employee. the correct employee left the firm in 2020 and did fnf settlement with the firm in front of the acl and agreed not to trouble the firm regarding any other dues later wherein gratuity pf dues salary dues etc were all discussed. he signed fnf document. now what should the firm do? please guide me in any way you can. thank you
