Thanks Namobita and Ankita,
Actually my organization have HR Policies and Practices in place. What is missing out is a framework for talent engagement. Would appreciate your guidance to how to go about developing one.

Do you mean employee engagement? If so, there are different aspects to engaging your workforce.
Try to understand what motivates your employee.
The most important thing, whenever someone does something exception, recognize them instantly. It is really a very good booster. I do not mean to say that you should be handing away some cash or gift vouchers every time but atleast congratulate them or give them a pat on their back in front of their peers and colleagues.
Small actions are actually very essential in determining how much are you able to engage your staff.

As it is at initial stages,HR people has to be very much cautious in formulating HR policies.why because all policies should keep up with below said quates
1)they would be reciprocal between management & staff
2)ethics should be fallowed with comprise of legal formulas
3)Employees should be motivated
4)cost comparison must be fallowed(Initial Cost & Capital Investment)
5)Longer Existence(No more fluctuations In between)

3-Legally compliant and employee friendly/comfortably.
4-Ease of set up the objectives and achieve targets and result oriented.
