As an Associate - Client Management and Consulting, you will be responsible for the following results:
Consult with clients on key Talent and HR projects that are awarded to DimenZion3. This includes working with the clients in analyzing their current HR capabilities, strengths and enhancement opportunities. It includes working and partnering with clients and providing expert solutions based on their needs and gaps identified, documentation and conducting client satisfaction surveys. Key challenges would be to listen to and understand client needs, have an eye for details, empathy and high levels of consulting rigor to fulfill client needs
Another aspect of this role is to work at client sites in the capacity of a Client Ops Account Manager as their HR Resource/ SPOC to fulfil operational HR needs on agreed terms. You would need to travel and work from client locations and fulfill expectations as a client resource working within their Organizational setting. Typical responsibilities would be to Enforce Policies, Facilitate Perfromance Management Implementation, Resolve Employee Issues, Process Payroll, Conduct TNA, Implement Hiring and Termination processes etc.
