I need your assistance regarding job interview I earlier worked with a Distributor and handle overall HR working and admin, recruitment,training, ordering, MIS, reports generation and preparing targets for marketing team or in short overall business for revenue generation. I worked there for three years but now I resigned from this job b'coz I don't get proper remuneration for my work.
PLEASE DO HELP ME,"BECAUSE I DON'T GET WHERE TO MOVE FURTHER AS I AM NOT PERFECT IN ONE THING" how can I proceed in my career path, which kind of job I'll get in this situation.
