Other types include Theory based, Observation based etc.

I was referring to the BEHAVIOURAL aspects of HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGEMENT.
In the Different Scope mentioned by you, perhaps you could have started with Raw Material
Sourcing and Receipts as step to precede 'Blending'.
