As all are aware, the Cine - Workers have Welfare Fund Act, 1981 for ESI coverage.
Is any act / amendment for television workers (ie. tele serials based workers) for ESI coverage.
If, any, please help me.

Thank you very much for your posting. Atleast I came to know from your posting that there is an enactment called "Cine - Workers Welfare Fund Act, 1981".
Because of your posting I also came to know that there is a "Cine - Workers Welfare Cess Act, 1981".
However, I wish to tell you that Cine - Workers including preview theaters are not excluded from coverage of ESI Scheme. Cine - Workers including preview theaters are very much covered under ESI Scheme.
Your question is whether television workers (ie. tele serials based workers) are covered under ESI or not?
Answer to your question is the workers engaged in Cine & T.V. serial Production Houses/Studios and Sets are covered under ESI Scheme.
