Dear Friends,
Recently we have recruited many fresh BE & MBA's in the company. After quarterly appraisal we have found many people are lacking the knowledge of being "professional”. Hence, we had conducted basic interaction programs for them. The summary of these sessions I am attaching in parts for your reference. Now attached herewith Third Part. Hope it will be useful to all.

I had been following your post on professionalism and find it very useful for an HR supervisor (like me) to share it with our managers for self assessment without touching their professional pride. Thank you for sharing.

Thank you Shailendra, for your valuable input.
I am a corporate trainer and I have normally found people confusing between Work and professionalism. It surely is a great support.
Keep up th egood work!
