Your explanation is still vague. For us to provide you inputs, we should have lot of inputs such as nature of your organisation's business, different levels of employee or employee structure, whether you have analysed the training needs, or Gap analysis. What is your role and what is the objective of the report and to whom it is going to be submitted, what is the budgetary allocation...
You have simply typed out the sub titles and want us to help you provide a report ! Why dont you contact your own company's seniors who have done this report earlier. If you have an old report, all you have to do is to update it. As simple as that. For outsiders like us, it is Greek and Latin.... still not able to comprehend what you are really looking for !

I understand your anxiety, but let this be known to you that providing a complete report thro' this forum,whatever might be your sub-titles, it would be near to impossible. Not that we the members cannot prepare a complete report but there are practical issues. One has to sit and type out a complete report,might be running into hundreds of pages, with suitable diagrams & plates interspersed is a full time job for about a month which is your primary duty. Of course we can suggest some ideas and guidelines to ease your tension. So mentally be prepared that you have to write the report all by yourself.
To start with you should decide about which industry/corporate or institutions you are keeping in your mind. Because there are about lakhs and lakhs of such entities. It is your decision. You might be lucky, you might as well get them downloaded, even a full report from the net. So go search.
