Hi... First of all I would like to give a thanks to you. I f suppose a candidate is demanding 12K per month. Kindly tell me how it will be with and without PF deduction.

dear Soofi,
Please refer to the attached file , here we have show you the CTC breakup of an employee having CTC as 13000/- per month. here we have considered the minimum wages for deciding about the basic , but you can also go with 40% or 50% of gross for considering basis . conveyance can be 800 per month , HRA 40% for non metro or 50% of metros , Eucational allowance 200 /- for 2 child( Exempted from IT) , Medical Max 1250/- exempted from IT, and rest can be adjusted in other allowance head.
If an employee do not get the pf deducted that you will have to keep the basic salary above 6500/- also you will have to get Form -11( revised) signed by the employee.

Your senior used to do the salary breakup
I assume there was a system / method to it.
Go through the files and the previous breakups and figure it out
Mostly salaries of new employees will be similar to those done in the past, so u can use the same structure for the time being
