I am basically a fresher and was appointed as a management trainee in a e-commerce platform company. Now after working with them for 7 months i am planning to discontinue to work.
i had query in regards of the relieving letter and experience letter. While joining i was given a offer letter, where there’s no specification of notice period also would like to know.. Do i need to serve any notice period before leaving the company?
And am i entitled to get experience letter and relieving letter?

Please clarify on the separation policy with your HR. Ideally , there are no notice period required to be served during probation. A short duration of 15 days to maximum 2 months, might be considered only to ensure the Knowledge Transfer.
Experience certificate and relieving documents will require you to adhere and follow the process for exit . Offer every support to your manager towards the Knowledge transfer and document the handover of the services. Keep a copy of every document, signed during the clearance.
Your salary might be stopped once your resignation gets accepted. However, that will be disbursed with your full and final settlement .

Before discontinue of service every employees duty are that they have to informed to their boss and HR on proper time which can be different for different firms and industries Every employee have rights to get experience letter and reliving letter, even though they served their company only a month.

I was thinking would be morally correct that i resign after getting the salary? As, if i resign now i wont be paid for the days i've worked and also i need not serve any notice period as there's nothing mentioned in my offer letter.

Dear Prasad,
Please plan your exit as amicably as possible. You will need the relieving documents . Hence , even if you resigning after the salary gets credited, please offer your support for Knowledge Transfer and the notice period , if they require you to serve.
Buying out of notice period doesn't stands valid for you, since you are in probation. Any how you have been working since last 7 months, hence they will require a short duration for the handover of the services. Wish you all the best!
