We are at Bangalore and are looking for an attendance management application with integration to payroll processing.

We need the application that can support approximately 1000 employees or more as required,

should support multiple type of inputs (barcoded/ magnetic strip cards, finger print and numeric inputs)

should be able to schedule the swiping for different time slots (shifts),

calculate total days worked,

late coming and early going (early coming and late coming not required....;-)) (number of days, total hours/ minutes),

should accept only one value for one type of input,

prepare reports (daily, weekly and monthly),

and integrate the information to process the salaries, where in we have regular employees, contract employees, casual labours, apprentices/ trainees and probationers, for whom the terms of payment and allowances are different according to the category, ie, there should be the option to customise the application for every employee, if required.
