i am working in growing it company and also follows the hr practices , we regularly done all employees appraisal every six month , but now the time is , i will going for complete six month and i am working as a Management Trainee - HR .
So i am preparing my appraisal form so can you please provide me any copy and how hr person's appraisal done in your organization Please .
Please give your suggestion to me .

Nothing to worry, as usual you just complete the self appraisal if any then proceed the form to your reporting manager he will complete the remaining, get ready to prepare your own confirmationa and hike letter by yourself.

My question is i am HR trainee and nearly completing Six month so management told me to prepare appraisal sheet (goal sheet) ,
in your organization what are you using for any hr person's performance evaluation .

There are so many Techniques for employee appraisal depends from organization to organization.

1.Many organizations follow traditional methods like Confidential Report method, where a superior evaluate an employee on basis of loyalty, intelligence,

2. Some organization follows Scalar rating system or numerical or Ranking method,

3. Some organization follows 360 degree appraisal system, whereby an employee receives assessments from his/her mangers, peers, subordinates and customers while also performing a self appraisal.

And HR goal sheet prepared by you and points are as follows:-

 Creating Offers for the candidates.

 Recruitment & Selection. (Attending Over 60 Walk-Inns a Day)

 On boarding Candidates.

 Assisting SME and TL HR

 Preparing resignation / termination

 Undertake Exit formalities.

 Looking after the personnel details of the employees.

 Coordinating with other teams which provide training to the new team members.

 Created SIPOC for various processes.

 Organizing for team building and other Employee Engagement Activities.

 Preparing Training Batches

 Conducting Orientation Program

 Action Planning for Resourcing

 Interact with clients and schedule meetings with short listed candidates.

 Disseminating staffing information to selected candidates.

 Conducted preliminary telephonic and interview round, coordinated for further rounds of interview with the concerned department heads. (for all the positions)

 Updating LOA file when employees are certified ( Occasionally)

 Tie Ups with consultants

 Preparing Data for Consultants.

 Co coordinating with consultants. (Resourcing, billing)

 Employee Relations.

 IJP Co ordination

 Conducting Aptitude test for IJP

 Distribution of CUG connection to the Employees.

 Working on job portals for screening.

 Looking after Employee PF Withdrawal

 Creating Offers for selected candidates ( More than 10 Offers Daily)

 Assisting Employees with their Queries

 Coordinating for Second Round at VF House

 Preparing Hiring Report for Client Twice in a Month.

 Maintaining Experience, Suspension, Relieving, Warning Letters & Data

 Keeping track of Documents and the Verification Report
