hi dear all,
well u all know that we hv to submit monthly return of PF in form no 12A & 5,10
As Form No 10 is for return of employee who r u leaving the org. during the month.
Now doubt is that an employee who left com on 20 Sep. can we take his name in form no 10 which is for Sep month.
here r two thing .....
one is if we take his name in form it means one emp. is less as comparing to previous emp. how ever his name in no of Subscriber & his contribution is mention in Challan of Sep.
if we do not take his name in form no 10 in month of sep then when we will take his name.
plz sugges i m a big doubt about it

Dear Mr. Rajput,
I do understand the problem faced by you. But, I would like to tell you the following dtls.
In Form 12A - if u see just above the "Details of Subscribers", there is a detail about "Total No. of Employees".
Now coming to your query, you will have to clearly mention the details of joined / left employees in "Details of Subscribers" & the total no. of persons for whom PF to be mentioned in "Total No. of Employees". The total no. of persons mentioned in "Total No. of Employees" will be considered for PF.

In a very simple language i will explain you
Eg :- If you are preparing the August Month Challan in the month of September and pay it in september, so you have to send the August month employees details such as Joining & Leaving to the PF Office Before 25th of September ( 25th of Every month) ,
So, as you say if the employees left in the month of September then we will send his form No.5 & 10 in the month of October which will effect your 12A for september.
