Hello Professionals
I have joined one organisation as Ass. HR Manager. Almost 600+ employees are here including manager to labor. Its totally an unogranised and unprofessional organisation which no HR rules at all. I have given duty to organise everything and impliment HR policies and creat professional environment. But here staff are highly non co operative and unprofessional who dont ready to change anything.
So my issue is how can I impliment HR policies and creat professional environment. ??

Assuming that your company wants you ( and not consultants) to put in place some HR processes, I suggest the following approach:
1. Spend time with all key job holders to understand various functions, the work culture as also concerns both of employees as well as management.
2.Design a working structure which could lead to an organogram, levels as also designations, in tune with the industry.
3. Study the work load and suggest means for better efficiency and productivity.
4. Work out a development plan for employees which will directly help improve company growth.
If you can do these in the first 6 months, you would have justified your role.
