Background Checking Of TCS: Ex-employer Remains An Unregistered Firm

I got a job in TCS-BPO, Kolkata. But my previous company was unregistered. I worked there for 4 months as a Senior Executive-Marketing.And I got a good hike in my salary in TCS.I just want to know that will it creat any kind of problem in TCS BGC or is it possible that I will loose my job in TCS after BGC and they will blacklisted me?

If your company remains unregistered, thats none of your fault. What is the proof to your employment that you received from them ? What are point of references that you have offered TCS ? Looking forward to hear from you
