Respected seniors i am working with my company from last 2 and a half years. me and the manager of my company are going around from past few years. i am an ambitious girl. i want to make my career in hr. but my parents in law would not allow me to do job. however my partner is saying that we will convince my parents in law after few months 5/6/7 months from marriage... as per my company we can take 30 annual leaves... i don t want to spoil my career because of marriage and i want to get married as well with my partner. i do not want to leave my current company. my wish is to work with this company for a long time because i am very happy with my office. am i entitled to take 6 months break from my company??? after that any how we will convince my parents in law... i will try to convince them within 3 to 4 months... should i ask this to my immediate manager hr head??? please suggest me seniors... i am in big what should i do both career and love of them are the essential part of my life... please help :: :: :: in big trouble sana :? :? :?
