Dear All,
I have 5 years experience in recruitment and was working till last year ie, 2012, but now I have to stay at home in order to take care of my baby. Since I stay in a joint family, my husband's salary is not sufficient to fulfill our needs therefore I am planning to start working from home as a freelancer. Please help me as to where can I get details of the companies (for business development), job portal on sharing basis and what cost will I incur in getting it, how much amount of time will I have to dedicate since I cannot restrict myself to a certain time schedule because of my baby. How can I strike a conversation with the client in order to get the requirements or for the tie up.
Please help.
Regards,
Rashmi

Hello friends,
I wish to start my own recruitment consultancy firm, based from home. My child is too young, hence i cannot work outside. My question are:
Q. what are the legal aspects I need to take care of?
Q. How do I prepare the business Plan while approaching a BPO co.
Q.How do I prepare the necessary contract between the BPO and myself.(sample copy of the contract)
Since I haven't got my self registered, I am looking out for freelance work as of now.
I would appreciate it, if anyone could suggest me how the contract should look between the concerned company and freelancer.
What is the rate a freelancer suppose to charge, and how do we freelancers protect our selves from any legal actions and unforseen liabiilty.
At present I wish to start with BPO companies and then move to other sectors.
Thanks in advance.

Dear Rashmi try to learn soft skills & personality development through internet & by the time your baby is fit enough to go to school, you will be an expert in it and you can start your own training institute or join in any institute.
