Hi,
I am looking for new job and have recently got offer from Company as a contractor at one his clients for 3 months. This company is recruitment firm. I have to work on the payroll of this company at the client location.
The company is not registered in ROC MCA, but they have good clients and people have earlier worked on this company's payroll.
One my friends suggests that if I change job later to MNC they would check whether my previous company is ROC registered or not. Is this true? Does this affect my background verification?
Please advice.

HI Akshara,
I am afraid if i am very late to reply.
But for Background verification we don't check for company ROC registered.
We get the follwoing checks done.
1. Your check from HR of your last company about your tenure with them.
2. Your managers reference checks against few parameters related to your performance and interpersonal skills.
Do let me know if i have answered your question or if you have any other query.
Regards
