Dear Sir/Madam,
Could you please help me get a format letter of salary increment with regards to experience and qualification as per the approved structure. I have applied earlier and it is being approved by the HOD of the dept, but the HR dept is not processing due to 200 % increase in 1 year period. But I have been in this organization for 2 yrs 7months. At the time of joining I was paid very less compared to present new joinees pay structure and infact the pay of their's is revised to same percentage. So pls help to get a suitable format which is strong enough to get positive response.
