Hi, if you believe that you can make it work, go for it. A few words before you start is get the buy in of some of your contacts that they will work with you to support you, have a good database built up. My suggestion start the recruitment as a freelancer to test the waters and the sincerity of your contacts. Once you have a few assignments of recruitment filled up then go ahead with the investment. You can use your successes as a freelancer and the word of mouth recommendations go a long way, to make your business thrive. 'Also, set up your website and tie up with firms overseas for better reach. How can you be different from your competitors to give you the advantage over them ? You are looking at a good 2 years to make the business take off. All the best
