Hello Seniors, I am working in a company having 3 offices in different states of India. All the offices are preparing pay separately & hence taken separate EPF registration. In the present scenario, it is not feasible to maintain different registration with EPFO as lot of employees are moving from one location to another.
Request senior's to send the pros & cons for centralized EPF registration and the process for centralized registration.
Also kindly throw some light on, whether centralized registration is a better option or to manage PF internally as done by some big corporates. (our employee strength is approx. 500 at present)
Thanks in anticipation of expert advice.

Dear
if your are making compliance under the EPF and MP Act for different states as you have mentioned. Presently the members of the scheme will face problem regarding transfer of their pf accumulations from one place to another. In a short period it will be possible to make compliance at single point when all the functions of the centralized will take place in EPFO. Now settlement of pf accumulations and transfer of fund from one account to other is not centralised, hence the members will face lot of problems presently. Kindly wait for favorable time to come and accordingly you will be able to surrender extra code number and will be able to make compliance at single code.

Sir,
Thanx for the prompt response.
Even i have checked with one consultant & he said that we can surrender all the PF no's of two locations and add them in central location. This activity if done by company (taking transfer forms from all the employees) the funds will be transferred quickly.
Request you to give your expert advice, whether it is possible or what is the option available with us.

Dear sir I am a contractor and I have got my EPF and ESI registration done in Tamil Nadu. And if some employees work in other state then the EPF and ESI amount may be paid.
