Hi, Could anyone please help me on PF contribution between Employer and Employee. Would highly appreciate earlier response. Regards, Manash Basu

Dear Manash,
The PF contribution by employee and employer goes as follows:
Employee : 12% of basic salary
Employer : 12% of basic salary (Can be limited upto min amt i.e Rs. 780/- pm (12% of Rs. 6500/-). In addition to this the employer also has to contribute towards EDLI and Admin charges.
In short the total contribution by employer towards PF is 13.61% of basic salary.

Kindly provide salary break up & Statement of Salary for Rs/-5,00,000 take home p.a and also in that case CTC to employer considering Bonus 12,000 p.a. & LTA 18,000 p.a.
It would be highly appreciated by learned forum member to provide the same at the earliest , you may please attach CTC in excel and Salary statement as per latest prevailing condition.
