I Worked in one mumbai based pharma company-- Rytus therapeutics from Jun'2011 to Dec'2011. My query is that even after more than a year after leaving their services and sending them numerous reminders thru' mail, sms, phone calls etc , they are not releasing my f& f cheque. I have cleared all the dues from my side.. Also they have released my pf, but they are not releasing my f& f cheque..

Ask them what are the reasons to not release the payments then according that we can go ahead. i can say below are the seasons to not release the F&F
1. Your Attitude while you were having working with them,
2. Not Served the Notice Period
3. Any Issues with company

Hi! Thanks for your prompt reply.. But i dont think about the 3 points You cited, any of the three stands valid in my case. On the contrary, company put an hold to my salary of Nov'11 with reasons best known to them. Now that salary has been included in my f& f... Hi Mr Subhash, Thanks for Your reply.. Atleast you pointed out rightly the concerns. First of all, Yes i have received f&f settlement from company hr's official mail id. And as it was a launching company, there was tremendous pressure from start. But i contributed in my own little way to the sales . Now company M. D. , V. P all saying that unless they are getting some profit from this east region, they can't release my f& f... And no they have not given me any official warning letter.
