It is the time of the year to conduct Annual appraisals.
It will great if we can share the best practices followed in our organisations this year. This will help us all to gain immense knowledge. If any of you can share the projections in the salary increments for all sectors it will be an added value.

Hi Gia, Go for a traditional appraisal method. Prepare a questioner and ask each department head to rate the staff in front of them itself, so that they will be aware of their performance too.
